The perfect preparation of meat depends on the right temperature! The Zwilling BBQ+ Digital Thermometer is ideal for timing the perfect cooking point of your roast or grilled meat. The internal temperature of the food is accurately measured within 2-3 seconds. You can easily choose between °F and °C as required.

The thermometer has two stainless steel measuring probes. One retractable directly on the unit and one cable as an extension of the probe for e.g. barbecue grills.
