The powerful griddle plate is made of cast iron and quickly transfers the heat from the heating elements to the food while still maintaining its temperature. The 10 mm plate is 350 x 380 mm in size. Due to the flat surface, the grill is perfect for cooking fried eggs, sausages and pancakes.
