To protect the hammock, it should be stored when not in use. The suspension cords should also be removed. A hammock stand with a distance of 3.3 meters (recommended minimum length) between the two attachment points of the hammock is compatible, provided that the hanging height is 1.50 meters.

The total length, including the loop and suspension cord, should fit 2.5 times between the two hanging points. This corresponds to a maximum length of 6 meters between the two attachment points. The less the hammock is tightened, the better.

The suspended hammock should resemble the shape of a banana. When sitting with bent legs (90°), the seat height should be a maximum of 40 cm. For more comfort, you can lie diagonally in it.
